The beginning
New Land Enterprises, LLP was formed in 1993. Since its inception, New Land has designed and built more than 700 residential units in the City of Milwaukee, making us more experienced than any other developer in the Downtown/Eastside market.

The present and future
With the completion of the Jefferson Block Apartments – a breathtaking apartment complex in the Historic Third Ward - New Land now offers the largest housing selection in Milwaukee. Today, we are leading the downtown revival with condominium projects like Riverbridge, Sterling, City Green and Cathedral Square. We also plan to continue our expansion in the luxury apartment market.  As we continue to change the face of the city, one thing will always remain the same – our goal to provide the most unique, valuable, and desirable living in Milwaukee.
