TIMELINE:
- 1993 – New Land Enterprises is founded. The
company starts with the purchase and sale of a few
duplexes on the East Side.
- 1998 – Windsor Place Coach Houses, 2010 E.
Windsor Pl. Windsor Place marked the start of the
New Land Enterprises era. The development, which features
5 large tri-level townhomes, added $2 million to the
City’s tax base.
- 1998-99 – Lyon Court Condominiums, 1515 N.
Van Buren. New Land Enterprises’ first landmark
development created $12 million in tax base, and helped
start the downtown revival and the popularity of condominium
living in the City.
- 1999-00 – Crescent Condominiums, Hubbard and
Palmer Streets. New Land Enterprises was the first
developer to enter Brewer’s Hill with this unique
group of side by side townhomes. The large, luxurious
condos offer phenomenal city views and superb amenities.
The project added $6 million to the City’s tax
base.
- 2000-01 – Highbridge Condominiums, 1888 N.
Water St. The 2002 winner of the Wisconsin Excellence
in Masonry Award, the Highbridge Condominiums are
some of the most uniqe and luxurious condos in the
City today. The first phase of Highbridge alone added
$11 million to the City’s tax base.
- 2001 – The Maisonette, 1550 N. Warren Avenue.
The 30-unit complex, tucked away on a quiet section
1 block west of Farwell, sold out in a year, and added
another $6 million to the City’s tax base.
- 2001-02 – The Abbotsford Condominiums, 1920
N. Farwell. This $6 million project demonstrated New
Land Enterprises’ ability to create quality
mixed use projects. The retail space below now houses
the Seven Stones Wellness Center, and has 24 spacious
bi-level condos above.
- 2001-05 – Jefferson Block Apartments in the
Historic Third Ward, 144 N. Jefferson St. The award
winning Jefferson Block Apartments made New
Land Enterprises the leading developer in the downtown
housing market. With this flagship complex, New Land
Enterprises can now offer quality condo and apartment
living in Milwaukee’s downtown. The apartments
feature many of the amenities typically found
in our luxury condos, setting a new bemchmark in the apartment industry. The 217-unit complex has
added $20+ million to the city’s tax base.
- 2002-05 – Riverbridge Condominiums, 1905-25 N.
Water St. Phase I of the tri-phase development sold
34 of 39 units before the projects completion, and
added $9 million to the City’s tax base. This
project remains a testament to New Land Enterprises
style – exceptional product at reasonable prices.
Riverbridge features a gorgeous cantilevered Riverwalk
and a pedestrian-friendly design. Phase II, completed in July of 2004 and Phase III, completed in spring 2005 also showed record sales.
- 2003-04 – Cathedral Square Condominiums, 545
E. Wells St. New Land Enterprises is proud to be the
developer for one of the most exciting development
in the history of Milwaukee. The 18 story spectacular
highrise features office space, ground level retail,
and a large parking structure. The condos overlook
the park and the Cathedral, spoiling owners with views
through floor to ceiling glass and luxurios
amenities. The project features 27 exclusive units
and added $14 million to the City’s tax base.
- 2004-06 - The Sterling, 1550 E. Royall Pl.
Construction has started on this
incredible 11-story high rise in the heart of the
East Side. This spectacular high-rise is bound to change Farwell Avenue forever. The building will feature 112 condominium
units, and approximately 9,600 SF of retail on the
ground level.
- 2005-2007 - City Green, 1111 N. Marshall St. The excitement continues to grow. New Land wins this RFP from the city with a breathtaking design featuring a 10-story ultra-luxury condominium high-rise, and a 9- and 7-story luxury apartment complex. The 44 condos, to be completed late 2006, will add $18 million to the city's tax base. The 91 apartments will provide those seeking luxury in a new downtown location with spectacular offerings.
